2 Great 30 minute Workouts

  1. Rowing + Treadmill: Start on the rower and row for 250 metres. Then with no rest hop on the treadmill and run for 1 km. Repeat this circuit at least twice within 30 minutes . See if you can do more
  1. Bench Jump-overs + Push-ups: Stand on one side of a bench and place your hands on it. Keeping feet together, jump over to the other side. Do 10 reps. Then do 15 push-ups preferably with your feet and not your knees on the floor. Repeat circuit 5—10 times or until your 30 minutes is up.
