
CIRCUIT CLASSES MANLY
If you’re a long time gym goer who feels comfortable and confident working out on your own, then ‘Self-Circuit’ training is a perfect option for you.
Trainers have created a library of workouts for every type of training (ie Upper Body, Lower Body, CORE, Whole Body and Cardio) that you can choose from upon arrival.
Each session is different and the library is continuously being added to prevent you from getting bored and doing the same routine every session.
Trainers are present at the gym to guide you through any exercise, however Self-Circuits are 30 or 60 minutes sessions that are largely independent.
