SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, NORTHERN BEACHES GYM

We offer small group training sessions with a maximum of 6 people per session.

Our sessions run for 45 minutes with the trainer, and if you wish to have an extended warm up period, you are welcome to come 15 minutes early.

We cover a variety of activities including boxing, spin classes, abs/arm/legs, cardio and general fitness.

GEN-FIT
Weight based | 45 minute
A full body circuit training class which will develop your general fitness.

GEN-FIT INTENSE
Weight based | 45 minute

AB-FIT
Core strength | 45 minutes
This class is perfect for developing your core strength and becoming ab-fabulous.

CYCLE-FIT
Cardio based | 45 minute class
This class involves riding most of the time plus some leg and core exercises.

BOX-FIT
Cardio based | 45 minute class
This class inclused pad work, skipping, core and agility.

PUMP-FIT
Weight based | 45 minute class
Push, pull, lunge, squat. Take the bar to sculpt your body. Exercises your major muscles.

BUTT-FIT
Weight based | 45 minute class
Work your butt, legs and abs.

PILATES
Stretch | 1 hour class
A method of exercising that lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body. No experience is necessary for our beginner classes.

ZUMBA
Cardio | 1 hour class
An exhilarating Latin inspired calorie burning dance fitness that will get you in shape in no time!

Important Information

  • Participants are welcome to warm up 15 minutes prior to the session beginning.
  • Maximum 6 people per session, bookings are essential – call (02) 9938 6530.
  • Twenty four hours notice must be given for cancellations otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • While we make every effort to ensure our group timetable is up to date at all times, it is liable to change without notification.
